Swingtime Creative partners with NITV to create the opening title sequence and over 400 motion graphic factoids & design assets for Bamay II.
Slow TV returns to NITV in the form of Bamay II on 25th January. From 10.30pm-3:30am, viewers can enjoy a bird’s eye view of some of Australia's most stunning landscapes, following the Murrumbidgee River from the Snowy Mountains to the Whitsundays.
After having worked on the first Bamay production, Swingtime Creative co-founder, Kate Hansen has created title treatments and over 400 motion graphic factoids and design assets to enhance & highlight both the indigenous and shared history of some of Australia’s most stunning and visually diverse landscapes.
“Bamay II pays tribute to that which gives us life: Country. Swingtime’s creative vision and graphics treatment has captured this perfectly. With so many elements due to the length of the broadcast it was an epic task”, NITV’s Head of Entertainment, Events & Creative, Adam Manovic.
“I wanted to design show packaging which complements rather than overpowers this stunning footage of Australia’s diverse landscapes. Bamay II was an inspiring project to work on. The NITV team embraced my creative concept, giving me the freedom to create something I’m really proud of.” Swingtime Creative’s Co-Founder & Creative Director, Kate Hansen
The Slow TV spectacular will be repeated in HD on SBS from 10.30pm on Sunday, January 31.
